Line Cook
Pay Range: $18.12 - $21.86 per hour.
Responsibilities- Prepare food the Red Robin way, including cutting, sautéing, broiling, frying, and cooking meats, fish, poultry, vegetables, soups, salads, and other ingredients.
- Adhere to safe food handling and cleanliness rules to keep guests worry-free.
- Minimum age 17 years.
- Base Pay: $18.12 - $21.86 per hour.
- Free meal each shift.
- Referral bonus for bringing new members to the team.
- Employee Stock Purchase Program available after 1 year of service and 20+ hours per week.
- Health, vision, dental, accident, critical illness, and hospital indemnity coverage (eligible 18+).
- 401k retirement plan with company match up to 4% of pay (eligible 21+, after 1 year of service, and 1,000+ hours per year).
- Paid Time Off: 0.0192 hours for each hour worked (eligible after 1 year of service and 35+ hours per week).
