Operations Associate

The Operations Associate's role is to create an outstanding customer experience by performing operations functions within the store. The Operations Associate role is an early morning position and you will work with a team to perform functions prior to store opening.

• Customer Service - You maneuver around the store at a fast pace, assisting customers when they need help.
• Executes pricing and signing - You change ticket prices and signs merchandise across the store faster than anyone!
• Replenish and restock the store:
  You understand customer needs and assist sales floor peers by pulling and preparing merchandise to keep styles and sizes available.
• Receive and unload merchandise:
  You work with coworkers to unload a truck and prepare merchandise in the backroom.
• Backroom standards:
  You keep the stockroom safe, clean, and organized.
• Omnichannel:
  You contribute to Omichannel efforts including Buy Online Pickup in Store, Ship from Store, Order Delivery and Returns, Shipping Online Orders, and Merchandise Receiving.
• Merchandise strategy:
  You execute leadership‑communicated plans for placing merchandise, maintaining standards and delivering an outstanding customer experience.
• Participates in a learning environment:
  You absorb new information from peers or training materials on merchandise, shrink, safety, productivity, and other business processes.

• Results:
  Solve problems and make smart decisions that drive sales, profit or customer service; execute work efficiently and inspire strong performance.
• Ownership:
  Provide great customer service, cooperate, build positive and inclusive relationships, and take accountability.
• Intensity:
  Proactively improve the customer experience; show confidence, courage, and urgency.
• Work experience – 1–2 years retail experience.

Pay Range USD $15.25/Hr – USD $19.07/Hr.
