Oversee and direct the daily activity of the delivery specialist to ensure customers receive accurate and timely order deliveries.;
Take customer orders over the phone and online, invoice orders, and direct efforts to pick and stage parts for delivery.;
Ensure delivery vehicles are serviced and maintained according to company standards; complete vehicle inspections and record daily mileages.;
Assist on front counter and retail counter as needed; help with backroom duties such as auto-load, returns, and stock.;
Assist with customer labor claims and ensure they are processed quickly and efficiently.
