Greet teammates and customers and proactively understand their needs to support their shopping experience;
Ensure merchandise and product received is processed per established programs; keep backroom organized and accessible in partnership with Freight Flow/Operations Lead;
Uphold merchandising and presentation standards;
Assist with unloading of trucks, processing of freight, transfers, RTVs, claims, freight processing, etc.;
Fulfill the customer experience by completing processes according to service level standards
