C. Penney - - Responsibilities:
Provide outstanding customer service and support to drive sales in-store and via channels;
Monitor and execute Enterprise Fulfillment activities including order picking, packing, and Ship from Store / Buy Online Pickup in Store processes;
Assist with operations such as inventory checks, stock area maintenance, and order deliveries/returns at the register;
Collaborate with Merchandise team to replenish store inventory and participate in annual inventory processes;
Meet performance standards related to shrink, safety, omnichannel initiatives, profitability, productivity, and attendance
