The Role
This is a day-to-day,
hands-on role at the center of our sales organization. You will interface daily with the sales team, bringing structure
, clarity, and momentum to a fast-moving, product-driven business.
Support the team in structuring their time effectively, setting goals, and maintaining accountability.
Review expenses and time management.
You will lead and strengthen the sales operations and coordination function across wholesale and licensed channels—ensuring the team, tools, and processes are in place to deliver consistently and at a high standard.
You’ll partner closely with sales leadership, merchandising, and operations to keep the business aligned, on schedule, and moving with focus in a fast-paced, product-driven environment.
Responsibilities- Lead and elevate the sales coordination function, setting a high bar for execution and accountability
- Drive accountability
, timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional alignment across sales, merchandising, and operations - Support key accounts, including market preparation, buyer meetings, and sell-in readiness
- Oversee product and sample organization to ensure accuracy, completeness, and strong presentation
- Identify and implement improvements to processes, reporting, and workflows
- Serve as a central point of coordination
, helping teams stay aligned, responsive, and moving forward
- 5–8+ years in sales operations, management, coordination, or similar role
- Experience leading a sales support/coordination function
- Background in wholesale and/or licensed apparel accessories products
- Experience in a seasonal, product-driven business (e.g., accessories, apparel, leather goods)
- Strong Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook skills
- Experience working with major retail accounts and/or licensed brands
- Understanding of line planning, product flow, and go-to-market timelines
- Assertive and dynamic
- Highly organized with strong follow-through and attention to detail
- Able to anticipate needs, solve problems, and keep multiple priorities advancing
- Collaborative and direct, with the ability to work effectively across teams
- Willing to be hands-on while helping bring structure, clarity, and consistency to the work
- Hybrid will work for the right candidate, onsite preferred
- Fast-paced environment tied to seasonal market cycles
- Prior experience in a wholesale, apparel product-based business is required
