Retail Sales Lead Supervisor

See’s Candies is seeking a friendly, enthusiastic individual to lead the retail team and ensure smooth operation of the store.

• Assist the Shop Manager with effective leadership of the retail team, fostering a sales- and customer‑focused environment.
• Motivate and guide team members to achieve sales goals.
• Oversee day‑to‑day store operations, ensuring compliance with visual merchandising and company guidelines.
• Resolve customer and employee concerns professionally and timely.
• Assist in training and developing team members on policies, procedures, and company programs.
• Create a welcoming atmosphere for customers through effective engagement.
• Manage cash handling, protect company assets, and process banking activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, ethical standards, and safety protocols.
• Assist with inventory management, maintaining accuracy and communicating needs and trends.
• Submit required paperwork promptly, including payroll approvals and other administrative tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• At least 1 year of retail supervisory experience.
• Proven success in developing, motivating, training, and coaching employees.
• Excellent customer service, communication, organizational, cash handling, and merchandising skills.
• Ability to implement and enforce company policies and procedures.
• Strong work performance and ability to drive sales growth.
• Proficiency in learning new technologies quickly and managing change.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 25 pounds, and perform tasks for entire shift.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
• Internal applicants must be in good standing.

Pay rate: $23.54 per hour.
