See's Candies is seeking a Retail Sales Lead Supervisor to guide the sales team and ensure smooth operation of the See's Candies retail shop. You will provide direction, drive sales initiatives, and uphold exceptional customer service while coordinating day-to-day store activities.
Reporting to the Shop Manager, you will mentor staff, manage cash handling, inventory, and visual merchandising, and help create a welcoming atmosphere for customers. Weekend and holiday availability is required.
