Delivers an outstanding athlete experience by proactively engaging athletes to understand their shopping needs and create a world-class athlete experience and providing clear, accurate, and knowledgeable information about products and assortment;
Anticipates the needs of the athlete; actively drives sales through product and services recommendations and a deep understanding of athlete needs;
Assists with onboarding and training of new and existing team members, focusing on best practices, expectational selling skills, and key operational processes;
Promotes and adheres to merchandising and presentation standards by following floor set plans, signage, price changes, and inventory presentation;
Creates a store environment where teammates and athletes are welcome and treated with respect, and adheres to safety and loss prevention policies
