The Kroger Company - 60 Division Avenue - Responsibilities:
Assist the Department Manager in planning, organizing, staffing, training and directing Grocery Department associates;
Manage scheduling and staffing to ensure customer service;
Use Computer Assisted Ordering (CAO) to manage ordering and inventory in the Department Manager’s absence;
Maintain signage, product rotation, freshness, quantity, quality and space allocation for merchandise;
Provide input on department budgets and goals
