Tile Salesperson

Overview

We want to add a Tile Salesperson to our team! Tile Craft is family owned and operated, as well as family oriented.

A good candidate for this job would have some experience in sales and customer service
, as well as good problem solving skills
. Basic math skills are required. Also must be able to make phone calls and speak clearly and understandably. A "people person," someone who enjoys interacting with people
.

Core scope of the job would include:

• Accurately pricing and periodically checking prices on tiles.
• Helping customers find what they are looking for and pick coordinating tile.
• Some design work
  .
• Making phone calls and answering the phone.
• Communicating with team about orders and customer questions when needed.
• Opening and closing the showroom.
• Emailing tile orders and confirming accuracy of orders.
• Keeping the showroom tidy.
