Service Master Restore has been that trusted name for years, and we're looking for a relationship-driven salesperson to help more people find us when they need us most.
Package- Base Salary of $48k-$60k per year.
- Monthly performance commission on your client referrals.
- Residual & renewal commissions on your client referrals - NO CAP!
- The better you are at your job, the more you will make.
Top performers can double their base salary.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance agents, adjusters and referral partners
- Generate new business through prospecting, networking groups, and local events
- Actively communicate with Emergency Response teams to support incoming opportunities
- Manage your sales pipeline and follow up on opportunities using CRM tools
- Present our services and secure ongoing referral partnerships
- Work closely with Emergency Response teams on active opportunities
- Participate in a rotating on-call schedule for emergency leads, with the opportunity to earn commission
- Support homeowners and partners throughout the restoration process
- Meet and exceed monthly goals
- Outstanding customer service, communication and organizational skills
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable working in a goal-driven environment
- Organized with the ability to manage multiple opportunities at once
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills
- A team player with ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

- Consistently provide strong and effective client support and communication
- CRM experience is a plus
