Position OverviewWe are seeking a professional and motivated In-Home Sales Representative to meet with pre-qualified homeowners throughout our service territory. This outside sales role focuses on presenting customized bath remodeling solutions, building customer relationships, and closing sales using company-provided tools and technology.
Responsibilities- Conduct in-home consultations with prospective customers
- Deliver company sales presentations using an iPad and digital sales tools
- Design customized bath remodeling solutions using proprietary software
- Present pricing and financing options to homeowners
- Follow up with prospective customers and close sales opportunities
- Participate in weekly sales training and team meetings
- Prior in-home sales experience preferred
- Home remodeling or home improvement industry experience is a plus
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Self-motivated with good organizational and time-management abilities
- Comfortable working independently in a commission-based sales environment
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required
- Ability to travel throughout the assigned territory
- Full-time
- Evening and weekend availability may be required based on customer appointment schedules
