Peterson Holding Company is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to support its retail customers from our Eugene, OR location. This is an entry-level sales position designed for training and mentorship to advance to an outside sales role.
The ISR will handle customer quotes, assist the outside sales team, conduct parts research, and gather customer information. Preferred candidates will have at least a high school diploma and industry experience.
Competitive pay between $27–$32 per hour with benefits including health insurance and a 401(k) matching plan.
