Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, o utside sales position to market Alarm Systems, Access Control, Intercom & Paging and Cloud-based Phone systems to accounts in Eugene and Southern Oregon. Hourly pay plus commission and company car provided.
Responsibilities- Prospect and generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and market research to expand the customer base within assigned territories
- Manage and grow existing accounts by understanding client needs, providing product solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Conduct comprehensive product demos and presentations to showcase features, benefits, and technical specifications to prospective clients
- Develop strategic sales plans aligned with company goals, including territory management and targeted marketing initiatives
- Demonstrated success in direct sales, cold calling, upselling, and closing deals within a competitive market
- Strong management skills with the ability to handle territory management and account oversight effectively
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills to build trustful relationships with clients
- Ability to conduct product demos confidently while addressing technical questions from clients
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record
