Job Overview

Kendall Auto Group, one of the largest family‑owned and operated dealers in the Pacific Northwest, is seeking a Sales Representative for its Chevrolet GMC sales department. The role is located in Eugene, Oregon and involves serving customers throughout the community, including those in Idaho. The dealership has been operating since 1937 and actively promotes a culture of customer experience and teamwork.

Annual wages range from $60,000 to $150,000, with a competitive pay plan that has no cap on earnings. Responsibilities
  • Greet clients and demonstrate vehicle features.
  • Negotiate pricing and facilitate sales to meet customer needs.
  • Maintain showroom and lot displays.
  • Use digital tools, computers, phones, and social networking sites to follow up with active prospects, build rapport, and generate referrals.
  • Attend sales meetings, trainings, and assist with showroom and vehicle lot displays.
Qualifications
  • Willingness to work weekend and evening shifts.
  • Ability to operate a wide variety of vehicles, including cars, trucks, vans, and hybrid models.
  • Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
  • Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors; occasional travel to out‑of‑town training events.
  • Experience using computers or phones for up to ¼ of the shift.
  • Physical capability to stand or walk throughout the shift and lift up to 20 pounds rarely.
  • Use of snow removal tools required during applicable weather conditions.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on customer‑centric service.
