• Greet everyone who enters the studio with enthusiasm, energy, and knowledge
• Present the OTF concept to interested consumers (intros)
• Give studio tours
• Work hand‑in‑hand with trainers to guide intros through their first Orange theory workout
• Selling memberships to help the studio thrive
• Follow up on prospective clients
• Participate in marketing and outreach events
• Ensure all areas of the studio are kept clean and organized
