Sales Support Representative-Residential Trade

Job Overview

We are hiring Sales Support Representatives to support customers and help drive sales in the plumbing, HVAC and related industries. The role focuses on customer service, order entry, quotation preparation and delivery coordination. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The starting hourly rate is $24.00, with potential to increase based on experience.

• Work collaboratively with Sales associates to support customer needs by determining the best products and solutions.
• Ensure the delivery of personalized customer service through timely quotations and accurate sales orders.
• Coordinate deliveries on behalf of customers.
• Answer sales calls for general information, addressing and resolving customer concerns or questions.
• Effectively use the customer relationship management (CRM) system and phone system.

• 0-3 years of sales and/or customer service experience is preferred.
• Experience in plumbing, HVAC, or other trades is a plus.
• Exhibit strong sales skills, including the ability to upsell.
• Proven track record of responding quickly to customer needs and making timely decisions.
• Ability to perform well in a fast‑paced environment and follow through on commitments.
• Highly motivated and customer‑service oriented mentality with the ability to build relationships is a plus.
• General digital literacy, including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to quickly learn product knowledge and processes.

Pay range: $18.71 - $29.92 hourly. This role is bonus or incentive plan eligible.
