Outside Sales Representative

Job Requirements

Are you looking for an Outside Sales position with unlimited earning potential in a flourishing industry? Year 1 on‑target earnings between $90,000 and $100,000 with ability to earn more through uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses. Year 2 on‑target earnings between $100,000 and $120,000.

Base Salary: $54,000.

In addition to your earnings potential, we support your success in the field with:

• Auto allowance (wear & tear): ~$3,250 per year
• Cell phone & internet reimbursement: up to $1,200 per year
• Parking & tolls: up to $300 per year
• Gas reimbursement (activity‑based): ~$2,500 per year

Allowances and reimbursements vary by location and usage.

• Selling Digital Marketing solutions through a partnership selling model
• Websites, Search Ads, Display Ads, Reviews & Reputation Management, Social Ads, and SEO
• Cold calling business owners and prospecting within a designated territory to set appointments and conduct strong needs assessments
• Grow your own book of business by helping small businesses succeed and earn residual commissions for retaining your clients through strong account management
• Perform virtual and in‑person presentations to prospects
• Build strong client relationships working within a wide variety of industries, making each day different
