This role supports the order fulfillment process in collaboration with Outside Sales Reps, Production Personnel, Inside Sales, Credit, and Delivery.

• Serve as the key customer contact for the branch, providing order support and product information to customers.
• Collaborate with Outside Sales Reps, Production Personnel, Inside Sales, Credit and Delivery to support the order fulfillment process.
• Maintain a positive rapport with customers and deliver world-class service.
• Utilize exemplary customer service, analytics, and problem-solving skills.
• Process and review dealer orders, requests, and system-generated acknowledgements using proficient computer skills.
• Perform other duties, tasks, or responsibilities as assigned.

• Minimum of 18 years of age; valid driver’s license if operating a vehicle for company purposes.
• 1–2 years of experience in a customer service role.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.
• Personable, enthusiastic, and engaging personality.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to learn new computer systems and processes.
