Field Sales Associate

Master Pro is a multi-state appliance delivery and installation company serving California, Oregon, and expanding into other States. We're an authorized service provider for big retailers across the nation, and we pride ourselves on offering exceptional customer service.

Your job is to:

• Staff in-store events and vendor activations
• Build relationships with store associates and managers
• Talk to customers about our delivery + installation service
• Capture qualified leads and pass to inside sales
• Represent the Master Pro brand with energy and professionalism
• Follow up on leads via phone, email, and text
• Qualify customer interest and schedule installations
• Handle customer questions about pricing, timelines, and service areas
• Support the sales team with administrative tasks as needed

• Sales-driven:You understand that every conversation is an opportunity. You're comfortable asking for contact info and moving customers toward a sale.

• Tech-comfortable:You can use CRM software, send emails, and navigate basic sales tools.

• Retail or event experience
• Knowledge of appliances or home improvement
• Bilingual (Spanish a plus)
