Role:
West Regional Business Director leading Gynecologic Oncology sales for Genmab's US Oncology team, responsible for developing and executing regional business strategies, building customer relationships, and driving sales growth.
- manage and develop a team of Oncology Account Managers across AK, WA, OR, CA, HI;
- implement customer-specific sales approaches;
- promote digital and value-based selling;
- collaborate with internal partners and key opinion leaders;
- analyze market environment;
- ensure compliance and meet sales targets.
- Bachelor's degree,
- 8+ years pharma/biotech sales experience with at least 3 years in Oncology leadership;
- Gynecologic Oncology experience preferred;
- proven talent development and product launch success;
- strategic and compliance acumen;
- proficiency with MS Office and Veeva Engage;
- ability to travel.
