Role Description The Outside Sales Representative is a full-time, hybrid role based in Eugene, OR. This position is responsible for meeting with prospective and existing customers at their properties, assessing roofing and exterior needs, and presenting tailored solutions and estimates. Day-to-day tasks include meeting company provided leads, generating leads, following up on inquiries, conducting sales presentations, and building strong relationships through regular communication and site visits.

The role involves collaborating with operations and installation teams to ensure accurate proposals and smooth project handoffs, as well as maintaining detailed records of opportunities and sales activities. The Outside Sales Representative is expected to meet sales goals, represent the company professionally in the field, and support Bonn Roof Care’s reputation for dependable, high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Ability to conduct effective Sales Presentations and clearly explain roofing and exterior service options.
• Strong Relationship Building and New Business Development skills to grow and maintain a stable customer base.
• Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to respond to inquiries, address concerns, and ensure a positive client experience.
• Prior experience in outside sales, construction, roofing, or home services is preferred.
• Comfort working on-site at customer locations, with the ability to perform basic roof and exterior inspections as needed.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel locally within Eugene, Springfield, and Lane County.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage appointments, follow-ups, and sales targets with minimal supervision.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or sales training is a plus.
