Role:
Therapeutic Account Manager (TAM) focusing on rare cholestatic liver diseases within Mirum's liver portfolio.

Main objectives include driving business performance, advancing disease awareness, and fostering patient-centric care through strategic account management.

• Developing and executing territory plans.
• Identifying high-opportunity accounts and referral networks.
• Building trusted relationships with healthcare professionals.
• Delivering tailored clinical engagement based on deep disease knowledge.
• Influencing clinical decision-making.
• Improving patient identification and treatment persistence.
• Collaborating cross-functionally with Medical, Market Access, and Patient Services teams.

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years in pharmaceutical or biotech sales, with a strong preference for experience in rare diseases, hepatology, gastroenterology, or complex specialties.
• Proven success in account-based selling, complex stakeholder engagement, and understanding of access/reimbursement dynamics.
• Needs excellent clinical aptitude, strategic thinking, emotional intelligence, and self-motivation.

• Travel up to 70%, including overnight stays.
• High-value specifics include focus on rare liver diseases, multidisciplinary healthcare settings, and health system account development.
