C. Penney - - Responsibilities:
Observe shrink and collect evidence to detect theft, fraud, or suspicious activity;
Conduct external interviews with customers and contractors suspected of theft;
Report suspected fraud and policy infractions to AP and store leadership;
Create and manage records for reporting apprehension, witness statements, and disposition of recovered merchandise;
Travel to stores as necessary to assist with investigations and safety efforts
