Job Title: Roof Loader
Pay: $20/hr to start
Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM or as needed
Start Date: ASAP

This is a Temp-Hire position where your contributions will directly impact our logistics and delivery of roofing materials to job sites in the area. As a Roof Loader, you'll play an essential role in ensuring both safety and efficiency during the delivery process.

You'll work closely with your team to support daily operations and create a seamless experience for our clients.

What You'll Do:
As a Roof Loader, you will be responsible for:

• Collaborating with the team to load and securely strap down materials onto the truck.
• Assisting in setting up job sites to ensure a safe working environment.
• Setting ladders per OSHA standards to facilitate safe access.
• Installing toe boards and securing fall protection systems effectively.
• Clearing debris from roofs as necessary to prepare for material deliveries.
• Unloading pallets of roofing materials and carefully placing them on boards.
• Properly setting boards for secure placement of materials, following safety protocols.

What You'll Bring:
The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• A strong willingness to work in a physically demanding role, handling materials weighing up to 75 lbs.
• Experience or willingness to work in all weather conditions.
• Comfort and competence in working on ladders and roofs of varying heights and pitches.

Location & Schedule:
This position is on-site in Eugene, Oregon, with a regular work schedule of Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM (or as required by workload).
