• Serve as Technical Lead and Crew Chief on assigned projects
• Act as Lead Technical resource on assigned projects
• Report on job status and performance
• Control job costs
• Develop and maintain productive relationships with peers, customers, GCs, and subcontractors
• Ensure use of PPE and the application of safe behavior, including vehicle safety, by all employees
• Ensure compliance with installation policies and procedures, including project tracking, safety, time, and attendance, etc.
• May oversee 3rd party resources

• High school diploma, GED, or completion of trade program or technical school (college degree is a plus)
• 5+ years of experience in commercial building construction or related industry/trade
• Knowledge of construction principles and practices, including efficient use of labor hours
• Ability to organize tasks, use good judgment in making work assignments, and give clear instructions and guidance
• Ability to maintain project labor hours within acceptable limits and request change orders as needed
• Ability to ensure safe work practices and compliance with safety policies
• Ability to understand and follow all company policies and procedures and applicable State and Federal laws
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Track record of punctuality and dependability
• Proficiency with computer tools including e‑mail, Word, and project planning software (e.g., Project mates)
• Ability to manage time, delegate assignments, and follow through to ensure good results
