As a Maintenance Technician, you'll work independently throughout the day, performing repairs and preventative maintenance across multiple properties using your own vehicle and tools. Help create comfortable, safe living spaces for residents and make a real difference every day.

What You'll Do:
As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for:

• Traveling between residential properties to address maintenance requests efficiently.
• Performing light plumbing repairs, including fixture and drain repairs, and troubleshooting leaks.
• Troubleshooting and executing basic electrical repairs.
• Repairing and replacing drywall to maintain unit integrity.
• Completing minor carpentry repairs such as doors, trim, and cabinetry.
• Inspecting units regularly to identify maintenance or safety concerns.
• Communicating clearly with management regarding completed work and required repairs.
• Maintaining accurate logs of time and materials used for each task.
• Ensuring all work is performed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards.

What You'll Bring:
The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous experience as a Maintenance Technician or in property maintenance preferred.
• Knowledge of light plumbing and electrical repairs.
• Experience with drywall repair and basic carpentry.
• Ability to work independently and manage daily responsibilities effectively.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Reliable personal vehicle for travel between locations.
• Personal maintenance tools required for repairs.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a professional attitude.
• Dependable attendance and clear communication skills.
