Journeyman Plumber
$44/hr + Profit Sharing (Total earnings can range anywhere between $114k-125k/year)
Monday-Friday, 7:30 a.m.
-4:30 p.m. (Additional Hours in the Evening and Weekends as Needed)

What You’ll Do- Diagnose, repair, and replace residential plumbing systems
- Communicate clearly and respectfully with customers
- Present service options, memberships, and financing when appropriate
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace and service vehicle
- Accurately complete invoices and documentation accurately
- Participate in ongoing training and team development meetings
- 2+ years of residential service experience
- Oregon General Journeyman Plumber License (required)
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Strong understanding of local plumbing codes
- Residential service or install experience preferred
- A team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Commitment to professionalism and quality workmanship
- Competitive Pay + Profit Sharing: $44 per hour base plus profit sharing, with top performers earning $120,000+ per year.
