Restaurant Maintenance Technician - Medford​/Grants Pass

$25–$32/hr + Overtime | Full Benefits | Company Vehicle Provided Medford / Grants Pass Area | Travel Between Multiple Locations Weber Enterprises, a family-owned Taco Bell franchisee, is hiring a Maintenance Technician who likes variety, takes pride in their work, and doesn't want the same routine every day.

You'll travel between 5–7 restaurant locations, keeping equipment and buildings in good shape. A company vehicle is provided for daily travel. You'll work independently but have a team to call on when you need backup.

What you'll do:

Repair and clean commercial kitchen equipment (we'll train you)
Light plumbing and bathroom repairs

Lighting repairs

Filter changes

Pressure washing

Painting and touch-upsTile work

Required Experience and Credentials:

Some background in maintenance, trades, facilities, or a related hands-on field is preferred. This includes general labor, handyperson work. We can train on the rest.

Valid Oregon driver's license and clean driving record (required for insurance)
Open availability and ability to attend to emergencies if they arise, even if it is walking staff through steps over the phone

Physical Requirements Must be able to work in a physically active environment, including standing for extended periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, and performing frequent reaching, grasping, pushing, pulling, climbing, kneeling, and repetitive hand and foot movements. Additional Details Full-time position, typically Monday-Friday or Tuesday-Saturday days with some nights and weekends as needed. Based in Medford/Grants Pass with occasional travel throughout Jackson, Josephine, Douglas, and Coos Counties. Reports to multiple leaders due to regional coverage.
