Perform repairs to electrical, plumbing, appliances, flooring, carpentry, HVAC, and grounds maintenance;
Perform general carpentry duties such as wallboard repair, counter top/cabinet replacement, finish carpentry, window/glass repair, door/lock repair, and ceramic tile repair;
Maintain work order system and ensure timely completion to resident satisfaction;
Inspect property grounds, buildings, and common area amenities for safety and cleanliness;
Assist with property emergencies and on-call/after-hours maintenance assignments
