Level A Flat Rate Technician
The Level A Flat Rate Technician is a master-level technician responsible for the most complex diagnostics, repairs, and system overhauls. This role is key to ensuring top-quality service and mentoring junior technicians.
Responsibilities:
- Perform advanced diagnostics and high-level repairs
- Lead by example in safety, quality, and efficiency
- Train and mentor apprentice and mid-level technicians
- Maintain ASE and manufacturer certifications
- Ensure compliance with warranty repair procedures
