Join a dynamic roofing team in Eugene as a Roofing Laborer and take part in installing, repairing, and maintaining roofing systems for both residential and commercial properties. As a Roofing Laborer, you'll support experienced roofers on the job site, assisting with various tasks that keep projects moving smoothly.

You will play a vital part in ensuring safe, efficient work processes while gaining hands-on experience in the roofing industry. What You'll Do As a Roofing Laborer, you will be responsible for:
Assisting roofers with the installation, repair, and tear-off of roofing systems. Loading and unloading roofing materials such as shingles, underlayment, and flashing. Safely carrying materials and tools up ladders and onto rooftops. Cleaning and preparing roof surfaces for installation or repair. Removing old roofing materials and disposing of debris properly. Supporting measuring, cutting, and staging of materials as directed by supervisors.

Operating basic hand tools and roofing equipment under supervision. Maintaining a clean and organized worksite to ensure safety and efficiency. Following all safety guidelines and consistently using required PPE. Supporting team members to meet project deadlines and deliver quality work. What You'll Bring The ideal candidate will have:
Experience in construction or roofing is a plus but not required. Willingness to work at heights and outdoors in various weather conditions. Strong physical stamina and ability to lift 50–75 pounds regularly. Ability to safely climb ladders and work on sloped surfaces. Dependable and hardworking attitude with a focus on safety. Ability to follow instructions and work effectively within a team.
