Service Master Restore is looking for an experienced Painter & Drywall Technician to join our reconstruction team. We restore homes and businesses after water, fire, mold, and other property damage. If you enjoy seeing a project through to completion and take pride in quality work, we'd like to hear from you.
Previous professional experience in painting and drywall is required.
What You'll Be DoingNo two days are exactly the same. You'll work on residential and commercial restoration projects, including:
- Hanging, repairing, and finishing drywall
- Matching existing textures
- Interior painting using cut-and-roll techniques
- Operating a paint sprayer
- Applying smoke seal to framing
- Light carpentry as needed
- Taking job photos and documenting progress using a mobile app
- Lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Has previous professional painting and drywall experience
- Pays attention to detail and takes pride in quality work
- Is dependable and shows up ready to work
- Communicates well with customers and coworkers
- Stays organized and manages time effectively
- Can solve problems and work independently
- Valid Oregon driver's license with a clean driving record for past 3 years
- Ability to pass a background check to age 18 and a pre-employment drug screen
- Starting at $20-25/hour, depending on experience
