$19–$22/hr depending on experience.

Full‑time with occasional on‑call rotation.

• Help respond to water, fire, and mold damage jobs
• Assist with drying, equipment set‑up, demolition, and clean‑up
• Take photos and document work (we’ll show you how)
• Work directly with customers and support them during stressful situations
• Learn industry skills alongside experienced team members
• Keep job sites clean, safe, and organized

• Reliable and ready to work
• Willingness to learn new skills (we train you!)
• Comfortable with physical work (lifting, moving, working in different environments)
• Valid driver’s license with a clean 3‑year Oregon driving record
• Positive attitude and team mindset
• Ability to pass a background check
