Lane Transit District (LTD) seeks a Facilities Maintenance Technician to perform corrective and preventive maintenance across transit facilities, including electrical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, and roofing. The role requires coordinating with staff, customers, vendors, and the public.
Requirements include two years of technical trade schooling or apprenticeship and four years of facilities maintenance experience, plus knowledge of CMMS, drawings, and safety.
