Shop Mechanic

As a Shop Mechanic, you will:

• Analyze and diagnose equipment malfunctions or failures

• Repair, replace, or rebuild engines, transmissions, carburetors, final drives, steering, clutches, cross shafts, hydraulic components (pumps, motors, valves), electrical systems, and air systems

• Assist with pre‑delivery setup and installation on all John Deere equipment and allied products

• Ensure accurate, timely repairs to maximize customer uptime and support the shop’s performance standards.

• 2+ years of experience with small engines and agricultural equipment, including mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and air conditioning systems
• Team‑oriented, self‑motivated, and driven to work independently
• Basic computer knowledge
• Must provide own tools

Starting at $25+/hr, depending on experience.
