$19–$22/hr depending on experience.

Full‑time with occasional on‑call rotation.

• Help respond to water, fire, and mold damage jobs.
• Assist with drying, equipment set‑up, demolition, and clean‑up.
• Take photos and document work (we’ll show you how).
• Work directly with customers and support them during stressful situations.
• Learn industry skills alongside experienced team members.
• Keep job sites clean, safe, and organized.

• Reliable and ready to work.
• Willing to learn new skills (we train you!).
• Comfortable with physical work (lifting, moving, working in different environments).
• Valid driver’s license.
• Positive attitude and team mindset.

Candidates must hold a valid Oregon driver’s license with a clean 3‑year driving record and be able to pass a background check.
