Fleet Mechanic Position
This position is responsible for repairing and maintaining company gas vehicles, diesel tractor trailers, and lift trucks to meet OSHA and DOT regulations
ResponsibilitiesQualifications include, but are not limited to:
- Performing routine preventative maintenance and repairs
- Troubleshooting / repairing, brakes, air systems, electrical, suspension, air conditioning, etc.
- Diagnose & repair diesel engines & transmissions
- Must be able to work independently
- Communicate and coordinate with outside vendors, the traffic department and others to ensure that repairs and maintenance are completed timely and correctly.
- Prepare repair orders and inspection forms.
- Assist in other duties and functions as directed by management.
Experience:
Previous experience as a mechanic required.
Pay$30.50 – 33.25 / per hour
Bi-weekly / On-Demand
