Service Technician

Pay Range: $27-$35 flat rate. Must have at least 2 years of dealership service experience to be considered. Pay range depends on your skills at the time of hire.

This position is located onsite in Eugene, OR and reports to Fixed Operations Director Jimmy Schaberg.

• Professional experience as a technician in a dealership setting – 2 years
• Willingness to grow with this dealership and the Nissan brand
• Confidence navigating technology
• ASE certifications preferred but not required
• Eagerness and determination to do quality work and earn customers for life
• High attention to safety compliance
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Perform thorough inspections and reconditioning on pre‑owned vehicles
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues to ensure reliability and safety
• Document repair procedures and recommendations
• Collaborate with service advisors, parts department, and management
• Ensure all work meets manufacturer and dealership quality standards
