Position

Service Technician

Pay Range: $27-$35 flat rate. Must have at least 2 years of dealership service experience to be considered. Pay range depends on your skills at the time of hire.

This position is located onsite in Eugene, OR and reports to Fixed Operations Director Jimmy Schaberg.

What You’ll Do
  • Perform thorough inspections and reconditioning on pre‑owned vehicles
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues to ensure reliability and safety
  • Document repair procedures and recommendations
  • Collaborate with service advisors, parts department, and management
  • Ensure all work meets manufacturer and dealership quality standards
