Construction Laborer / Skilled Remodel Technician Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour

Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

As a Construction Laborer / Remodel Technician, you'll play a key role in executing a wide variety of residential remodeling and home improvement projects. You'll work closely with the construction team to deliver high-quality craftsmanship while keeping job sites running efficiently and safely.

What You'll Do As a Construction Laborer / Remodel Technician, you will be responsible for:
Performing residential remodeling, home improvement, framing, and carpentry work. Executing demolition, job site preparation, siding installation, and repairs. Installing drywall (including finishing), doors, windows, and interior trim. Applying interior and exterior painting with attention to detail. Safely loading, unloading, and maneuvering job materials and equipment. Maintaining job site cleanliness, safety, and organization at all times. What You'll Bring The ideal candidate for this role will have:
Construction or remodeling experience preferred (we are willing to train motivated individuals!). Ability to safely operate common construction hand tools and power tools. Ability to lift 50–75 lbs and comfortably perform physically demanding work. Reliable transportation to/from job sites and a valid driver's license preferred. Strong work ethic, dependable attendance, good communication skills, and a positive, customer-oriented attitude. Ability to follow directions, work independently, and pass a background check.

Schedule:

This is a full-time, long-term position on-site in Eugene, OR, and offers Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM shifts with occasional overtime. Equal Opportunity
