At Reynolds Electric, Plumbing, Heating and Air, our HVAC Maintenance Technicians play an important role in building lasting customer relationships while helping homeowners keep their heating and cooling systems running safely and efficiently.

This is more than completing seasonal tune-ups. You ll educate customers, identify potential issues before they become costly repairs, and help homeowners make informed decisions about maintaining their comfort systems. We re looking for technicians who enjoy working with people, take pride in quality workmanship, and want to grow their technical and professional skills as part of a supportive team.

• Starting pay of $20.00 per hours

  - Friday schedule

What You Will Do

• Perform residential HVAC maintenance and tune-ups on systems less than 10 years old
• Inspect equipment, identify potential concerns, and communicate recommendations clearly to homeowners
• Build strong customer relationships through professionalism and exceptional service
• Ask thoughtful questions to understand customer comfort concerns and identify solutions
• Educate customers on repair options, maintenance plans, and financing opportunities
• Meet individual performance and revenue goals while always putting the customer s needs first
• Work closely with dispatch, customer service, and the install team to provide an outstanding customer experience
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and well-stocked company vehicle
• Complete accurate invoices, documentation, timecards, and job notes
• Participate in ongoing training, team meetings, and company events
• Mentor apprentices and help develop the next generation of technicians

What We Are Looking For

• HVAC maintenance or service experience preferred
• Working knowledge of residential HVAC systems and local mechanical codes
• EPA Certification preferred or ability to obtain
• Commitment to ongoing education, including pursuing NATE certification
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to build trust and confidently recommend solutions that fit customer needs
• Highly organized with excellent follow-through and attention to detail
• High integrity, professionalism, and personal accountability
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Team-oriented while motivated to achieve individual performance goals
• Valid driver s license and clean driving record
