Brown Contractingishiringanexperienced Concrete Finishertojoinourteam .Thisrolerequiresaskilledtradespersonwhocanplace,finish,andrepairconcreteonsidewalks,curbs,driveways,slabs,andotherflatworkwithaccuracyandattentiontodetail.
Theidealcandidateisaskilledfinisherwhotakesprideinproducinghigh-qualityworkandcanperformindependentlyinthefield.
Thisrolerequiresexperiencewithconcretefinishingtechniquesandtheabilitytomeetprojectspecificationsforgrade,level,andsurfacefinish.
- Place,spread,screed,andfinishconcretetoline,grade,and specification.
- Performfinishingworkonsidewalks,curbs,driveways,slabs,andflatwork.
- Operatehandandpowertoolsincludingtrowels,floats,screeds,edgers,andsaws.
- Readandfollowprojectplans,grades,andlayoutstakes.
- Ensurefinishedconcretemeetsqualityandappearancestandards.
- Perform patching,repairs,andremedialfinishingasneeded.
- Workcloselywithcrewmembersandsupervisorstocompleteworksafelyandefficiently.
- Maintain clean,safe,andorganizedjobsites.
- 2+yearsofconcretefinishingexperiencepreferred.
- Strongexperienceinflatwork,sidewalks,curbs,andgeneralconcreteconstructionpreferred.
- Abilitytosetgradesandfinishtospecification.
- Proficientwithstandardfinishingtoolsandtechniques.
- Abilitytoperformphysicallydemandingworkinoutdoorconditions.
- Valid driver’s license preferred.
- Reliableattendanceandstrongworkethicrequired.
