Peace of Mind Mobile RV Repair LLC is seeking a Technician to deliver high-quality mobile RV repair services in Eugene, OR.

As a Technician, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain recreational vehicles, helping customers get back on the road safely and on time. You’ll work in a hands‑on role that combines technical problem‑solving with professional service and clear communication.

This hybrid position supports a schedule that balances on-site repair work with collaboration and coordination to ensure each service is completed to standard.

• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and systems‑related issues using established testing and inspection methods

• Perform repairs and preventative maintenance to ensure safe operation and reliable performance

• Document inspections, findings, parts used, and repair steps accurately and consistently

• Communicate with customers and team members to set expectations and explain service needs and outcomes

• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a safe, organized condition

• Hands‑on experience performing repairs or maintenance on mechanical and/or systems‑based products

• Working knowledge of basic troubleshooting techniques and attention to detail during diagnostics and repairs

• Ability to read and interpret common service documentation and technical instructions

• Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused mindset

• Ability to work safely and follow procedures consistently in a repair environment

• Experience specifically related to RVs, trailers, or similar recreational or mobile systems

• Familiarity with electrical diagnostics, basic wiring practices, and low‑voltage systems

• Experience with preventative maintenance programs and maintenance scheduling

• Demonstrated ability to work efficiently while maintaining high‑quality standards

• Valid driver’s license and comfort with traveling to customer locations as needed for service work

Hourly rate: $22 - $32
