Job Description & How to Apply Below
At Mansfield Hall, benefits are part of how we care for the full human doing demanding, meaningful work. We design our benefits to support rest, stability, and trust, because caring for students starts with caring for our people.

Time Away, Rest & Life Support
  • Paid Time Off (PTO):
Employees accrue paid time off to use for vacation, illness, personal needs, and life events. PTO is designed to support balance, recovery, and sustainability.
  • Paid Winter Break:
Each year, Mansfield Hall and Canopy College Coaching close for two weeks during the winter holiday period. Employees receive paid Winter Break time in addition to PTO, creating meaningful, protected rest.
  • Medical, Family & Life Event Leave:
When health or life events require time away, employees have access to paid and unpaid leave options, including medical leave, family care leave, and bereavement leave. Mansfield Hall also provides fully employer-funded short-term disability, offering up to four weeks of income replacement at 100 percent pay, along with long-term disability coverage to support financial stability during extended illness or injury.
Health, Wellness & Financial Security
  • Medical Insurance (Two Plan Options):
Mansfield Hall offers two medical plan options and pays the majority of monthly premium rates to help keep out-of-pocket costs minimal. Employees may choose a lower-deductible or HSA-eligible plan, which includes a pre-tax employer HSA contribution. Both plans include preventive care covered at 100 percent, access to a national PPO provider network, mental health, and prescription drug coverage.
  • Wellness Care Benefit:
Employees accrue wellness dollars based on hours worked, which can be used for a wide range of wellness-related expenses, including fitness, mental health supports, alternative care, dental and vision expenses, and more. Unused balances roll over year to year.
  • Dental & Vision Coverage:
Mansfield Hall offers dental and vision coverage options to support routine and preventive care. In addition, employees can use employer-funded wellness dollars toward eligible dental and vision expenses, helping offset out-of-pocket costs.
  • Life & AD&D Insurance:
Mansfield Hall provides employer-paid life and accidental death and dismemberment coverage, with additional voluntary life and dependent coverage options available to employees.
  • Retirement Savings (401(k)):
Employees are eligible to participate in the Mansfield Hall 401(k) plan, which includes a Safe Harbor employer match to support long-term financial security.
Everyday Supports That Matter
  • Meals & Drinks During

    Shifts:

Employees working on-site have access to free meals and drinks during their shifts, reducing daily expenses and supporting energy during the workday.
  • Cell Phone & Internet Support:
We provide support for work-related cell phone and internet use, recognizing these as essential tools rather than personal burdens.
  • Work-Related Expenses Covered:
Required travel, tools, and job-related expenses are covered or reimbursed so employees are not subsidizing their work out of pocket.
Culture as a Benefit

Some of the most meaningful benefits at Mansfield Hall are not insurance plans, but how we show up for one another. We care for the full human by operating with trust, flexibility, and shared responsibility. When life happens, employees are supported in taking the time they need. Work is structured so no one carries the load alone, and teams step in to support one another and our students.

We recognize that this work is both meaningful and demanding, and we prioritize psychological safety, respect for boundaries, and sustainability over burnout. Our goal is to create an environment where people feel supported, trusted, and able to do their best work over time.
