Looking Glass Community Services is actively recruiting a Service Coordinator to join our Station 7 program! Brief Overview of the Service Coordinator Position
The Service Coordinator coordinates and monitors the service plan including integration of support team members, key agencies and youth participants. This position is responsible for providing crisis intervention, maintaining a positive milieu, creating behavior management plans and overall case coordination for youth and family participants assigned to caseload.
Additional duties include:
A Bachelor's degree in social work, social science, or a related field is preferred. Professional experience may be accepted in lieu of education.
One year experience working with youth and families.
Bilingual in Spanish is preferred but not required! Additional $1/hour increase for bilingual services.

- Pay: $24.75/hour
- Schedule:
Wednesday - Saturday 7:30am - 5:30pm - The benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, 401(k) options, and more!
- Paid Time Off (PTO) accrual rate starts at ~18 hours per month, equivalent to 5.4 weeks/year in the first year of employment. PTO accrual rate increases with tenure at the agency, and is available to use starting the 1st of the month following the first 30 days of employment.
- Paid in-depth training to ensure a successful transition into the agency and position.
- May qualify for Oregon behavioral health loan repayment programs and federal Public Student Loan Forgiveness programs.
