Looking Glass Community Services is recruiting a Social Service Assistant for the Regional Crisis Center (RCC) programs in Eugene, OR. You will schedule and supervise group activities, ensure client safety, observe behavior, and contribute to service planning.
You will support skill-building, daily tasks, and crisis intervention with de-escalation techniques learned during training. Day shifts, swing shifts, and overnight hours are available across East and West Campuses.
