Nexus Family Healing is opening a new 14-bed psychiatric residential treatment facility in Eugene, Oregon, serving justice-involved youth aged 12–17 with acute emotional concerns and mental illness. The Youth Care Professional will support therapeutic plans and supervise residents in daily living activities.
The position is 1st shift (7:00am-5:30pm) for a 30-hour schedule (Sunday-Tuesday) with pay starting at $23.00+ per hour. Comprehensive benefits and advancement opportunities are provided.
