You will be one of the most senior technical individual contributors in Shop Back, working very closely with the CTO while collaborating with senior leaders in the organization. You will make tech decisions that significantly impact a range of projects across multiple business units. You are also expected to be hands-on and actively involved in coding.

• At least 12+ years of experience developing consumer facing web applications Proven experience designing complex distributed systems, management products or business application at scale with significant impact Strong experience providing technical leadership, having led various projects, making key technical decisions, working across different functions Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, complex technical environment with high adaptability and flexibility Exemplary communication skills, proven track record of influencing leaders in both Technology and Business
