Job Summary

Med Trans is Medline's private fleet of professional drivers that delivers lifesaving medical products directly to commercial and residential customers. Our fleet includes 1,900+ trucks with newer equipment and operates across 50 distribution centers nationwide, providing 1‑day shipping to 95% of the U.S.

The Driver operates a Class B vehicle to deliver these products and builds positive relationships with customers by ensuring timely, accurate, and safe deliveries.

• Load and secure product from the Medline Facility into a truck.
• Safely operate a Class B vehicle between the Medline Facility and multiple customer destinations on a delivery route, abiding by Medline’s safety regulations, including wearing required safety equipment and performing safety checks.
• Unload and deliver product at customer facilities, ensuring timely deliveries.
• Provide in‑person support to the customer—addressing questions, needs, and providing delivery documentation.
• Communicate with dispatch to adjust routes or schedules to meet customer needs while maintaining safe operations.
• Maintain accurate travel and cargo logs in compliance with Federal and State regulations and company policy.
• Inspect the vehicle to ensure safe operation and sufficient fuel levels.

• Valid U.S. driver’s license; CLP for Class B or Class E license if required by state.
• Minimum 2 years driving experience.
• Meet all Federal and State requirements for operating commercial motor vehicles.
• Clean driving record with no serious violations.
• Ability to move, lift, and carry supplies equal to 50 lbs.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $25.00 – $36.25 per hour. Actual salary varies based on location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
